Meet the Author
Elijah Wingnut
I was in high school when The Hobbit gave me my first taste of fantasy novels. Years later, when on business in Sydney, I wandered into a book store and happened across a copy of The Lord of the Rings. The world of hobbits in LOTR rang a familiar bell. I purchased the book and have since read it so many times that the spine is falling apart, but none of the pages are dog eared.
Other epic fantasy series to capture my attention have been Dune, The Magician, The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant and the Wheel of Time. I have also enjoyed reading the novels of Jackie Collins; the bitches and bastards, humour and relationships in her books have entertained millions.
And so I asked myself - what if I could massage the bitches and bastards and humour into a fantasy storyline? I would read that. The thought gave birth to the Sex, Blood and Glory series.
I have enjoyed writing and reading it. The first book is complete, the second almost, and the final book has the storyline drafted. I hope you enjoy them too.
I live about an hour north of Sydney, Australia. I use Elijah Wingnut as my pen name because the idea of a fictitious world written by a fictitious author appeals to me.
Aliens in Ancient Rome
The LELUUWAHN prophecy is of one who will bring all peoples together, and that one may not be willing or knowing of THEIR role until it is complete. A small statured race fly on Crystal shields through space and time doING the bidding of their Lord.
Above the Sydney bar flies Buzzeere, a Leluuwahn elder on his first mission at the direction of Sos, the female leader and eldest of the Leluuwahn elders. “
The women will teach the man the skills he will need, and our Lord shall inform us when the man is ready for Travel. You may return home, Buzzeere. You have done well, yes.”
Buzzeere straightened; praise from Sos was not easily earned. H
is first mission as a Leluuwahn elder had been a success.

Nate

After marrying and murdering two rich men to
camouflage her past beneath fine clothes and expensive property, Jane was on the hunt in the same bar as Nate for a new lothario for her rich ladies tennis club.
when transported through time she loses all her possessions and is sold naked into slavery in ancient Rome. Though her possessions are lost, her lethal seduction is not.
Amanda
a devout and submissive Christian, Jane introduces Amanda to Nate at a tennis club meeting convened to determine if Nate is to be their next lothario.
“Well…moving on…in the honey-coloured G-string we have Amanda. Amanda will do whatever you want, Nate, won’t you Amanda?” Jane sneered at the fair skinned raven-haired beauty. “Mostly.” Amanda’s emerald eyes looked through her black mask, filtered by long hair that partially covered her face. I wish I was as attractive as Betty.
The one in red heels. Amanda is breathtaking and intriguing. That diamond-studded cross around her neck which was resting between generous but not oversized breasts shows there is another side to the kinky woman she seems in that outfit.
“Go to the bed, Amanda. Sarah, tie her down.”
“Yes, Jane.” Amanda held tight to her crucifix. With the other hand she slipped off her honey-coloured G-string to reveal a pencil thin Brazilian. What will he do with me? Which part of me will he take first? The last man took everything. Or perhaps he won’t want me at all. Can I trust him? Will he hurt me?
Glade
a Leluuwahn male deemed inappropriate to breed.
from one thousand feet in the sky Glade was too distant to alert his friends of approaching doom, only able to watch as the partner of his secret love was beheaded by the razor whip of a Germanic barbarian.
Sold into slavery within the imperial brothel, Glade vows to rescue Sarai at any cost, seeking assistance from his human friends, assistance his elders would never condone.
Julia
As a Vestal Virgin, sister to the Emperor Caligula, Julia’s life is safe, guarded and beyond the reach of any man, especially the handsome fair-haired barbarian she had seen near the Colosseum holding aloft the freshly severed head of a gladiator.
With their social stations poles apart her brother and mother would not approve of him.
For Nate simply touching the beautiful Vestal Virgin, the image of a woman he was torn from in the future, would be death.
The two are out of each others reach.
Aub
The illegitimate son of a Germanic chieftain, Aub is on a quest for vengeance against Rome for his father's death at the Battle of Wesser River. The Roman commander during the battle was Germanicus, the father of a young boy known as Little Boots, who was only five years old at the time.
When Little Boots became separated from his father at Wesser River, Aub recognized him and persuaded others to cast the boy into the river. After personally rescuing the boy and feeding him cooked Roman flesh, Aub returned Little Boots to Germanicus, hoping to win his favor.
The strategy worked. Little Boots grew to become the emperor Caligula. Caligula sees Aub as a friend, unaware of Aub's intentions to kill him.
Hornia
an intelligent and inquisitive courtesan owned by the imperial brothel who, with her friends Boobia and Jucia, is a friend and confidant of Julia who brings them into contact with Nate.
Her favourite client is Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, uncle to Emperor Caligula.
Pomponia
half sister of the madam of the imperial brother, a slave and head of household for the patrician widow who purchased Nate, Pomponia seeks love in all the wrong places,
giving favours to men who do not appreciate her.
Pompnia’s latest infactuation is Nate.
Spartacus
a heralded gladiator, womaniser, hero to many, and friend to a select few. A man light of frame possessing speed and agility, Spartacus fights with a trident and net.
His voice is rich and deep, he enjoys the company of fat women, and oysters give him a rash.
